Most of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer. Production begins after your order and payment have been received and, where a design preview is required, after the preview has been approved.

Production times refer to manufacturing and preparation only. They do not include shipping transit time.

Production may take longer during holidays, promotional events, periods of high order volume, supply interruptions, or when customer approval or additional information is delayed.

Orders containing several custom products may be shipped together after all items have been completed.

We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States.

Customers located outside these regions should contact us before placing an order to ask whether a shipping option is available for their destination.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping destination and option selected during checkout.

Wholesale and bulk orders: Wholesale, fundraising, corporate, school, organizational, and bulk purchases may require a custom shipping quotation based on package size, weight, dimensions, quantity, destination, and carrier requirements. We will contact you for approval before applying additional shipping charges.

Mixed orders: Our flat-rate shipping applies to most retail orders, including orders containing multiple product types. Eligible orders will automatically receive free standard shipping during checkout.

If an order includes oversized, freight, high-value, or special-order products requiring different shipping arrangements, we will contact you before processing the order.

Shipping transit begins after the order has been completed, packaged, and accepted by the shipping carrier.

Every order is inspected before shipment. We use protective packaging selected according to the product type to help minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

Fragile items, including crystal and glass products, receive additional cushioning and protective packaging.

Shipped orders include tracking at no additional charge unless a particular local-delivery or special service does not provide conventional carrier tracking.

After your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing the available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking events and delivery scans are supplied directly by the shipping carrier. A signature may be required for higher-value shipments or where required by the carrier or selected service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are complete and accurate before placing an order.

Pixel & Beam Creations is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout
• Returned shipments caused by address errors or missing information
• Additional carrier charges resulting from address corrections
• Packages confirmed as delivered to the address submitted during checkout

If an order is returned and must be sent again because of a customer address error, failed delivery, refusal, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply.

After an order has been collected and scanned by the shipping carrier, transportation and delivery are handled by that carrier.

Pixel & Beam Creations will assist customers with reasonable carrier investigations or claims whenever possible. However, carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, natural disasters, labour disruptions, service interruptions, and other events beyond our control may affect delivery.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that Pixel & Beam Creations cannot exclude under applicable law.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if tracking indicates a delivery problem or possible loss in transit, contact us as soon as possible. Damage or incorrect-item claims should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the shipping box and internal packaging
• A clear photograph of the shipping label
• Photographs showing all visible damage

Keep the product, box, shipping label, and packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed or you are advised that they may be discarded.

Each claim is reviewed individually before a resolution is provided. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement, refund, or store credit, except where a longer period is required by applicable law.

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs inspections and clearance procedures may delay delivery.

Local delivery is available only within eligible service areas. Availability is determined by the shipping address entered during checkout.

Most local deliveries are completed within 1–2 business days after production has been completed. Delivery dates and times may vary depending on order volume, weather, road conditions, and courier availability.

If local delivery is unavailable for your address, the available standard shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Pixel & Beam Creations operates exclusively as an online business and does not offer in-person shopping or customer pickup.

Expedited shipping may be available for selected products and destinations. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and obtain a quotation.

• Expedited shipping does not shorten or guarantee faster production for personalized or custom-made products unless agreed to in writing.
• All expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Pricing varies according to destination, package dimensions, weight, declared value, and carrier.
• Any additional expedited-shipping charge must be approved before the order is processed.

Shipping rates for wholesale orders, corporate gifting, fundraising programs, schools, organizations, and other bulk purchases may differ from standard retail rates.
