WordPress, WooCommerce, and Other Providers

Our website is built using WordPress and WooCommerce. WordPress is the website content-management system, and WooCommerce provides online-store functions such as product pages, accounts, carts, checkout, orders, and related records.

Pixel & Beam Creations is the seller responsible for customer transactions through our store. WordPress and WooCommerce software do not replace our responsibility for the personal information under our control. Information may also be processed by our hosting provider and by plugins, extensions, payment processors, shipping tools, security services, or other providers enabled on the website.

Each third-party provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices. The exact information processed may change when we add, remove, or update website services.

Photos, Artwork, and Customization Files

When you order a personalized product, we may use the files and instructions you provide to prepare artwork, create proofs, produce the item, perform quality checks, provide support, and complete the order.

Please upload only content that you are legally entitled to use and share. When a file contains another person’s image or personal information, you are responsible for obtaining any permission reasonably required to provide it to us for the requested product.

Do not upload highly sensitive information that is not necessary for your order. We may refuse or delete files that are unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or unrelated to the requested service.
